1. Automatic Double-unit Holographic Positioning Foil Stamping Die Cutting Stripping Machine is designed for die cutting, foil stamping, stripping, embossing and holographic positioning functions. It suits for more than 60G/M2 cardboard paper, below 4mm corrugated paper , pasting paper, laminating paper and so on. The largest size of it is 1040*720mm, which is much larger than BOBST.
2. The machine includes 5 parts: Feeder, paper feed section, delivery section and two main motors. It can finish feeding, hot foil stamping, die cutting, stripping, holographic positioning, embossing and collecting work cycle automatically. And it can do hot foil stamping ,die cutting and embossing/repeat foil stamping/stripping(optional) in one pass, that effectively reduce labor and time costs.
3. The electrical part is provided by main motor, and the 15 servo motors(optional) ensure foil stamping position accurately, and speed stably. 12 independent heat zones provide 0-200°temperature and ensure the variety and the fastness of the pattern. Meanwhile, can make the stamping size larger and jump more smoothly. The pattern's fastness is also high-quality, no bubble, no coking, no drape.
4.Thicken wall could stress-tolerant 1000Ton,12 independent heated temperature zone makes the embossing more clear,make the embossing pattern more variable and higher quality.580Ton cutting pressure makes the pattern effect more stereoscopic.(optional)
5. The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system. And the swing rod and copper tile are all reworked by hand. We scrap the surface and make it full of criss-cross scrath. The groove hold more oil that can ensure smooth going of the operation, and the precision of the pattern.
